TARGET advised the sellers of ASSIBROKERTIRRENO SRL – a well-established insurance brokerage firm active since 1969 – in the sale to Wide Group, one of the leading players in the Italian insurance market.

The transaction is part of Wide Group’s growth strategy focused on integrating established, vertically specialized firms, with the goal of expanding its portfolio of tailored insurance solutions.
