TARGET advised Antal – an internationally renowned Italian company specialising in the production of sailing deck equipment – in the negotiation and execution of a partnership agreement with the French company Karver Systems, one of the most innovative and well-established players in the field of high-performance deck equipment, with a strong focus on the racing world.

The partnership aims to leverage the complementarity of their respective product lines and to combine technological excellence, engineering expertise, and manufacturing capabilities to offer integrated solutions for deck system development, from design to installation.
With a strategic focus on France and Italy, the partnership strengthens the joint presence of Antal and Karver in key markets for high-end racing and cruising yachts.
